The Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. EntryToWin will conduct identity verification checks and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits refunded at the Company's sole discretion.

Each user may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The registration or operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple Accounts are identified, all Accounts may be suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
To access the full range of Services, users must register an Account by providing accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. You must ensure that all registration information remains accurate and up to date throughout the life of your Account.
Upon successful registration, you will receive login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. EntryToWin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify EntryToWin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Company recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts to provide an additional layer of security.
EntryToWin operates a Know Your Customer verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Verification may be required at the time of registration, upon first withdrawal request, or at any other time at the Company's discretion.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the KYC verification process is completed to the Company's satisfaction. EntryToWin reserves the right to place a hold on Account funds during any ongoing verification review.
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange via all major Malaysian banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow transfers. Bank transfers via FPX carry a minimum of RM50. The standard maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to individual payment method limits. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum of RM100 equivalent.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes for USDT TRC20 and longer for Bitcoin, depending on network congestion.
EntryToWin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposit methods must be owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder. The Company reserves the right to return any deposit made from an unverified or third-party payment source.
Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This anti-money laundering measure helps ensure that funds are returned to their rightful source.
The Company endeavours to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified Accounts using DuitNow or e-wallet channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

EntryToWin does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees for MYR bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to standard network fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. Users should be aware that their receiving bank may apply its own processing charges.
EntryToWin offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms accompanying each promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the time of bonus offer (e.g., "35x wagering requirement on bonus amount"). Different game types may contribute at different rates towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the specific promotion terms.
EntryToWin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back Bonus Funds where it reasonably suspects that a user is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting bonus terms in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
The EntryToWin referral program awards existing members a bonus of MYR 38 for each successful referral. A referral is considered successful when the referred individual registers a new Account and completes a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. Self-referrals and referrals involving related parties are not permitted and will be disqualified.
EntryToWin offers betting markets across multiple sports disciplines including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, AFC competitions), basketball, tennis, UFC / MMA, cricket, esports (Dota 2, CS2, VALORANT, Mobile Legends), and other events as listed on the Platform from time to time.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Company. EntryToWin reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets placed but not confirmed via the Platform's bet slip confirmation screen are not considered accepted.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market type, and event. These are displayed on the bet placement interface prior to bet submission. The Company reserves the right to impose personal betting limits on individual Accounts where warranted.
In the event of a palpable error in odds (an obvious pricing mistake), EntryToWin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority or event organiser. Where results are disputed or officially amended post-settlement, EntryToWin will follow the final determination of the official governing body.
The EntryToWin live casino provides real-time gaming via live dealer streams including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, and other table games sourced from certified third-party game providers.
Live casino games are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, EntryToWin will endeavour to settle the bet based on the outcome of the round once reconnected. Where settlement is not possible, the stake will be returned to the player's Account.

EntryToWin makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Services. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions, for which the Company will not be liable.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the user, EntryToWin reserves the right to withhold Account funds pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance of non-bonus funds will be returned to the user's verified payment method.

Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
